Our Approach
Due to the impact of COVID 19 on our business, our brand promise (over-delivering delivery) is at risk. We needed to reframe the narrative by leveraging endorsement and affirmation from our greatest asset – our community. We used the real, heartfelt stories and experiences of our members and shoppers to highlight the value of Shipt and our commitment to our community.
The campaign centered around a UGC video, photos, & historical footage of Shipt’s brand story and telling a story of why someone will choose Shipt for their delivery services.
